Sessions can be virtual or in-person and last as long as needed, usually 45 to 60 minutes.
Depending on the outcome sought, the course will typically consist of 6 to 10 sessions.

When a client introduces someone who completes a discovery call, they receive their next session for ₪ 100.

Coaching style
I want my clients to be happy, without me.
My objective is to guide a client through their desired outcome and say goodbye. I assist people in making clearer decisions by collaborating with them and transforming confusion into structure. They aim to iron out the creases that are holding them back. Once that is accomplished, my role concludes.
While many in my industry pursue long-term 'forever clients' who depend on them, my greatest joy comes from witnessing a client achieve their goals and flourish independently with the tools they have learned.
My coaching style is direct and outcome-focused. I bring empathy and understanding to our sessions, creating a safe space to explore areas in their lives where satisfaction could be enhanced. For many, simply setting aside time to talk openly within a structured framework proves beneficial. Together, we then decide how to move them forward and take action.
My Coaching Style
- The first step I take with a client is the Discovery Call. We spend about 50 minutes discussing what the client hopes to gain from coaching and how I generally conduct the sessions. This ensures that coaching is a suitable fit and that I am the right coach for them.
- We design a series of 6 to 10 gates that outline the journey to transition the client from where they are today to where they want to be.
- Following this, we sign a contract that details the journey and the destination.
- There's no rush; while we may be able to pass one gate per session, it could take an additional session here or there.
Each session is structured to introduce the topic and identify any barriers that may be hindering the client from reaching their desired outcome. It is an iterative process:
- Often, there is homework assigned between sessions to reinforce learnings.
- I typically stay in touch with clients during the week to check on their homework progress.
- After a few weeks, we will discuss how the package is progressing and whether the client is satisfied with their advancement. If needed, the package can be adjusted, and I am also open to implementing a client referral program to support their journey.
